We absolutely loved our time at this property. The location was perfect—steps away from everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and relaxing. The views were stunning, and starting each day watching the sunrise with our morning coffee was a highlight we’ll always remember.The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It really felt like a home away from home, and we wanted for nothing during our stay.Our hosts were warm, responsive, and made the process easy from start to finish. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway, and we’re already talking about coming back!

Great view and location

Host was communicative and help us whenever we had the need.The apartment is at a great location and has a great view of the boardwalk and mediteranean sea. Grocery srore is very close and good restaurants any were withvery goog food.If we go to Altea, we surely consider this apartment.

Simply wonderful.

The place was great. The location is awesome! Only bummer is the beach is rocks and not sand, but that's not the owners fault. ☺️ the apartment faces the water and is centrally located to walking everywhere. We hope to be back!

L' appartamento è bello e comodo. Dal salone c'è una vista splendida sul mare. E c' è una terrazzina con poltroncine da cui si sente il rumore delle onde, meraviglioso. Solveig è molto gentile e disponibile.

We love Altea

Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Perfect contact met het agentschap voor de sleutels of andere vragen. Ideaal gelegen en netjes. Een minpuntje was dat er soms een vieze geur (riool) aanwezig was.

Appartement idéalement situé proche des commerces, restos et accès plage direct.

Appartement bien situé, cependant nuisances sonores dès 6h30 du matin à cause du café situé juste en dessous. Climatisation dans 1 seule chambre, cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée. La proximité des commerces et restos est très appréciable, place de parking avec l’appartement. Literie confortable

Schöner Urlaub

Schönes Objekt. Einige Inventarstücke sind aber auszutauschen, insbesondere die Essstühle und die Stühle auf dem Balkon. Die Lage direkt an der Straße ist laut, auch nachts. Die Klimaanlage ist nur sehr schwach.

Uitstekend en comfortabel

We hebben hier zes weken vertoefd. Een prima appartement op loopafstand van restaurants, winkels (supermarkt op 50m) en openbaar vervoer. Het balkon is een beetje klein maar strand, zee en boulevard binnen handbereik. Er is mogelijkheid om veel en lang te wandelen in het achterland. Voor de lange afstand wandelaars: via een natuurgebied is wandelen richting Benidorm mogelijk. We hebben voor het komend voorjaar weer voor een maand geboekt.

Wonderful location.

The apartment is very high quality especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The only bed we used was very comfortable and we slept well although I think whoever chose the bed did not take into consideration the size of the room ! The person on the far side almost has to clamber over their partner to get out as there is only a 6 inch gap at the bottom between bed and wall. We had a little trouble with getting reliable hot water but we think that the gas cylinder must have been low when we arrived. We have only two negative comments - the apartment is a little soulless - no pictures on the walls at at which would have made a big difference and there was virtually nothing in the way of instructions for the TV . We only found Netflix in the end. Most places we have stayed before have had a welcome information pack and I think that would be very helpful. It is very cold in the other bedrooms in winter but that is Spain. I would also have liked a full length mirror somewhere. Mostly though this is an excellent place to stay and very comfortable.

Fabulous location. Balcony overlooking prom and beach.

Spacious appt. Well equipped. Only problem was water pressure... To get hot water one had to run bath taps. But we loved our time there. Sun every day on balcony from early until 2pm.

Great location

Perfect location on the beach with great views of the sea from Calpe to Albir. Cafes and restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, the historical center and the medical center are all very close by. We've stayed in December and it felt like staying in the summer would be better - the flat has heating only via AC and only in 2 rooms. 2 bedrooms on the north side (over a busy street) don't have any heating so they stay at around 16 degrees. The water heater takes about 3 minutes to kick in and some taps don't trigger it at all. There is free parking at the beach parking lot about 100m away, it's best to arrive when the beach restaurants are closed otherwise it can be full.

Seafront apartment in Altea

Apartment overlooking the promenade at Altea with stunning views out to sea from the living room and veranda. If you are up early enough, the sunrise is superb! We visited in November when things were nice and quiet outside although parking was not always easy. There is a handy supermarket literally 50 metres from the apartment which is open 6 days a week until 21.30.

Really nice apartment, right on the front with lovely sea views.

First time staying in Altea and what a super resort, especially the old town. Lots of good quality restaurants and cafe's. I do recommend the walk up to the lighthouse. very easy walk along a winding pathway. Brilliant views, well worth doing!.

The apartment very nicely furnished, clean, comfortable & great location.

The apartment was beautiful with a wonderful view from the balcony with the sea about 50 metres away! Very clean and comfortable and only metres from lots of restaurants. Very convenient for shopping and a market on Tuesday is only 20 mins walk. The Old Town is about 25 minutes stroll passing the marina on the way. A lovely place!
