Great views & balcony
The location is fabulous with breathtaking views of the sea from each of the three floors. With its location right on the sea we expected some sort of breeze to flow through the rooms with the doors and windows open. Yet during our stay, the master bedroom (with both sliders open) was considerably warmer than all the rest of the rooms. I would highly recommend some sort of fan to help circulate the air in this part of the house. Additionally, the house had a significant amount of ants all throughout. On our first morning of breakfast on the patio, after we hosed off the army of ants on the table and chairs, we couldn’t finish our breakfast before the ants returned to hijack our food.

A specialized company have done extermination of ants but in summer is a problem in all the area and is important to not leave food over the places to avoid little ants present in all the neighborhood I want to tell you that I am not agree with the stars you have given as I really take care of my property Regards Josefina

Stunning views
Stunning views over med, lovely clean villa all amenities you will need for a holiday, loved the top floor outside shower,owners very accessible and helpful,altafulla old town is lovely,only thing that could of improved the holiday is having air conditioning as it was still 26 deg during the night, but we knew that at booking.thank you Josefina for all your help would recommend your villa to friends and family.

Very kind and helpfull owner! Thank you Josefina! Fantastic view, absolutely quiet place in Autumn, well-eqipped kitchen. Place where i forgot about all problems:) Lovely Altafulla beach and the center, forever now my favourite Tarragona, great sunny promenade in Cambrils. Great parks for children in 20 min by car. Not about the house, just our experience: take some insecticide if travelling to sea with children in Autumn.

Die Lage der Wohnung war super aber die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig denn es war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen kein Hängematten kein Grill die Liegen sehr alt und repariert eine davon kaputt .Fast nie heisses Wasser zum Duschen.Für das Geld nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Thanks for your comment. I need to say There is always hot water ( not in the upstairs terrace outdoor of course) also the house is perfectly cleaned by Candy all the guests agree with that so I don’t understand Previous guest broke the outdoor chair which I will replace of course

Vistas espectaculares
La casa es grande y con una ubicación y vistas inmejorables, como estar en un barco completamente encima del mar. Lo único que tuvimos un problema de hormigas constante, aparecían por todos lados y era muy difícil eliminarlas ya que volvían a aparecer. Se lo comunicamos a Josefina, ya que no podía tratarse de un tema de suciedad o de dejar restos de comida porque fuimos super pulcros para precisamente evitarlas. Ella nos contestó enseguida y se iba a hacer cargo del asunto próximamente.

Traumhaftes Haus in unschlagbarer Lage
Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in Altafulla verbracht und es war einfach alles super! Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist klein, bietet von der Einrichtung aber alles, was man braucht. Überragend ist natürlich die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Mit diesem Blick jeden Tag zu frühstücken ist schon ganz besonders. Zu den Stränden ist es nicht weit und das Städtchen von Altafulla ist klein, aber fein. Hier ist alles noch sehr ursprünglich. Riesige Hotelbauten in der ersten Reihe sucht man hier vergebens. Check-in und -out waren völlig problemlos und es wurde zeitlich flexibel gestaltet. Josefina war schon im Vorfeld unserer Reise eine große Hilfe. Ich hatte mir leider kurz vor dem Urlaub den Fuß gebrochen und sie hat uns mit der Vermittlung eines Rollstuhlverleihs sehr geholfen. So konnten wir auch unter diesen Umständen den Urlaub sehr genießen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Reihenmittelhaus in Top Lage mit super Meerblick
Schönes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Lage und super Meerblick. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen ( zwei Paare Anfang 50) in diesem gut ausgestatten Haus. Alle notwendigen Geräte die den Aufenhalt erleichtern waren vorhanden, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Backofen, MiKrowelle (war leider defekt), Nesspresso-Maschine...... . Am Haus befindet sich ein überdachter Parkplatz, dieser liegt im Innenhof der Insgesamt 8 Reihenhäuser, das 2. Fahrzeug konnte Problemlos kostenlos in der Nähe geparkt werden. Den sehr schönen Meerblick haben wir die ganzen 14 Tage in vollen zügen genossen. Perfekt ist auch die Nähe (ca. 200m) zur kleinen Badebucht mit super Sandstrand (am Wochenende meist sehr voll) und zur Strandpromenade und dem langen Strand von Altafulla (ca. 750m). Die Übergabe und Abnahme des Ferienhauses war unkompliziert und wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nochmal vielen Dank an Josefa und Candy!

Cosy little house with a breathtaking view!
Very nice little house just in front of the sea. Although the garden is very small, the view is magnificent! Waking up and having breakfast with this view is unforgettable! Another plus is the situation, just 2 min walking from a nice beach. The house is clean and well kept. We were just 2 persons, but there are 2 bedrooms, so room for 4. The bed in the master bedroom is small, not more than 1,40. That was a bit tight, but we managed, so for people that are bigger, it might be a problem. During our stay we noticed the coffee maker was broken ( probably from the previous guests); we told to the owner and next day we had a new one. Thank you so much Mrs Josephina for arranging this so quickly. When we used the dishwasher for the first time, there was a power outage. We informed the owner and she sent an electrician the next day. The dishwasher was broken during our stay ( or probably before) but the owner said a new one will be bought after our leave. It did not bother us too much, as we mostly had breakfast in the house. The only small problem, i found it is a bit annoying to communicate with the cleaning lady ( she does the check in; check out also) but she speaks only Spanish. So if you do not speak Spanish, it is very difficult to understand each other. We speak English, French, Italian and Romanian. Unfortunately we do not speak Spanish. We communicated with Mrs Josefina ( the owner ) in French and in the end there were no problems. Thank you again Mrs Josefina for allowing us staying in your beautiful house. I hope to come back again.

Thank you very much for your extended comment There is already a new dishwasher installed in the kitchen However I bought a new coffee maker and it was no necessary! As I tried the old and it works perfectly! What a pity ! Now I have 2 the same Also I suggest why not to try to speak or practice the language of the country you are visiting, as Spanish or catalan? as you already speak so many languages I think is a good idea to try it, for you would be easier than for the cleaning lady for sure .. The house is perfect for 4 because there are 2 bedrooms and extra space upstairs, the house is enough for 4 people of course. I need to say that you are not the perfect guest giving 4 stars when you even broke the parking key and I took care of you when you could choose your arrival time 2 hours before so Candy needs to run after work only for you so I am not really happy with your comment, sorry to be so clear

Las fotografías responden fielmente al alojamiento y el proceso relacionado con la llegada fue positivo. Se produjo un pequeño problema con la calefacción que, no solo fue resuelto esa misma noche, sino que la propietaria estuvo totalmente pendiente de que así fuese y estuviésemos bien. Se ha dado la circunstancia de que durante la estancia hemos tenido un accidente domestico, afortunadamente no pasó nada grave y, la propietaria, atendió rápida, atenta y adecuadamente esta circunstancia indeseada para todos Se que hay algún mal comentario sobre esta casa que, en nuestra opinión, no se corresponde con la realidad. La casa esta genial y las fotos le hacen justicia. El punto geográfico en el que se encuentra es privilegiado. Recomendable para quienes deseis pasar unos días de tranquilidad con unas vistas inmejorables.

Quelle erreur de n'avoir réservé qu'une semaine. Maison magique, fraiche, bien entretenue, à 3 min à pieds de la plage. Parfait pour un séjour avec enfant. Coup de coeur pour la douche extérieure au dernier étage. Mme JOSEPHINA très à l'écoute et réponse de sa part en un clin d'oeil en cas de besoin. A recommander.

Fantastisches Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick
Das Haus ist super sauber hat eine unfassbar tolle Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer . Die Außendusche auf der Dachterrasse ist unschlagbar .Die Küche ist neuwertig und man hat alles was man benötigt.Zur Begrüßung steht sogar was erfrischendes im Kühlschrank. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist mehr als nur super .ich war aufgrund der Corona bedingten Situation doch sehr oft besorgt und habe ziemlich oft geschrieben und nachgefragt 😅trotzdem bin ich nie auf Unverständnis und Ablehnung gestoßen.Die Badebucht ist zu Fuß höchstens in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und ist malerisch . Wir kommen wieder und bedanken uns nochmal herzlich für diese tolle Zeit

vistas hermosas opacadas por una mala hoteleria y pobre mantenimiento
el alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y las vistas son muy lindas. PERO Lo primero que nos sorprendió negativamente fue la mentira publicada en el anuncio de dejar 2 días como mínimo entre LAS ESTANCIAS de los inquilinos por higiene debido a la pandemia. El día de entrada, Candy la mujer que nos recibió nos comentó que los anteriores huéspedes se habían ido esa misma mañana, del mismo modo nos pidieron que en vez de realizar el check out a las 11hs (como indicaba el anuncio al momento de reservar y señar el alojamiento) nos fueramos a las 10 para tener más tiempo de limpieza ya que por la tarde llegaba otra gente..... No nos han dejado papel higiénico, jabón, bolsas de basura !! nada absolutamente de limpieza, solamente una escoba, una pala rota y un frasco con el polvo insecticida. LAS HORMIGAS APARECEN POR TODA LA PLANTA BAJA TODO EL TIEMPO, somos una familia muy limpia y ordenada, pero las hormigas están dentro de las tuberías de electricidad, aparecen por las teclas de luz, dentro del horno limpio, dentro del lavavajillas, las alacenas, el salón el baño.... los 2 toldos de la casa están en mal estado, uno roto con muy mal aspecto, El portón de entrada principal no funciona y el sumidero de la entrada al portal emana fuerte olor a cloaca. Lamentablemente la propietaria nunca nos atendió el teléfono para aclarar ciertos asuntos, como acusarnos de cosas totalmente falsas, esperamos su llamado Josefina !!!

Ustedes han puesto esto porque no se les ha devuelto la fianza por los daños que han ocasionado a mi propiedad como por ejemplo la rotura del bidet con tanta mala idea que he tenido que hacer obra en el baño, ustedes no son bienvenidos en mi propiedad. Todas sus afirmaciones son falsas excepto que hay hormigas en verano en el jardin de la planta baja ya que si dejan platos con comida es lógico que vayan, referente a la alcantarilla de la entrada a veces huele, es algo externo a la casa y no pasa siempre. La casa está muy bien mantenida como me lo comentan los demás huéspedes, se limpia a fondo cada vez y desde luego si hay papel higiénico y jabón. Creo que su comentario malo se debe a la mala puntuación que ustedes han obtenido como huéspedes malos que son.

Tolle Lage mit direktem Meerblick
Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Insbesondere die Terasse mit dem schönen Olivenbaum mit Blick aufs Meer. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in einer tollen Strandbucht. Zum Hauptstrand ca. 10 Min. Wenn wir in der Gegend wieder Urlaub machen, würden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Pour la deuxième fois nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Josefina, vue imprenable, plage à 2 minutes à pied et Altafulla qui correspond à notre esprit de vacances : petite station balnéaire familiale , avec des commerçants accueillants . Semana de vacaciones en familia.
Hemos estado una semana en este alojamiento y ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. La casa es una preciosidad. Muy bien conservada y con unas vistas al mar estupendas. Las fotos se corresponden fielmente con la realidad. Se encuentra a escasos metros de una cala preciosa de fácil acceso. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para poder descansar en vacacione. Si podemos, otro año repetiremos.

Maravillosas vistas al mar. La finca es nueva y se encuentra ubicada muy cerca del camino de ronda. Hemos disfrutado de una estancia muy agradable. La casa está totalmente equipada y muy bien cuidada. La recepción por parte de la propietaria fue muy cálida.

Un jardin sur la mer
Maison confortable (fraîche en pleine canicule) idéalement située face à la mer. Jolie petite plage familiale très bien entretenue (et équipée de douches) à 3 minutes par le sentier qui passe au pied de la maison. Josefina, l’aimable propriétaire, est disponible. Elle répond sans délai à toutes les questions. Altafulla est une merveilleuse commune catalane avec sa vieille ville bâtie autour d’un château médiéval. La promenade d’un bord de mer non pollué par les magasins de souvenirs est un bonheur, entre la plage principale et les anciennes maisons de pêcheurs joliment rénovées. Un excellent choix.

Beautiful location
Very nice house and location. Perfect seaview from the lovely garden.Quiet area and a short walk to the beaches. 10-15 min walk to great restaurants and the nice promenade. A friendly suggestion for improvements: Wifi should be included, as also should shower towels. Both are expected to be included for such a rental price. Otherwise a lovely vacation.

Wir haben die Woche in diesem herrlich gelegenen Ferienhaus außerordentlich genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der Blick aufs Meer phänomenal, der kleine Garten mit dem Olivenbaum ist gemütlich und wir haben uns jeden einzelnen Tag gefreut, dass wir so eine schöne Bleibe gefunden haben. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt bzw. sogar weit übertroffen.

Einfach toll!
Wir haben in diesem Haus zu dritt eine tolle Woche Ende September/Anfang Oktober verbracht. Es war ein spontaner Urlaub und wir sind einfach glücklich, dieses Haus entdeckt zu haben. Die Bilder zeigen genau das , was wir in Wirklichkeit gefunden haben. Das ist ein Rheienhaus am Rande von Altafulla (ca. 70 km von Barcelona entfernt )auf dem felsigen Ufer mit dem atemberaubenden Blick von der Terrasse auf das Mittelmeer zu jeder Tageszeit, ob zum Sonnenaufgang/-Untergang oder in der Nacht beim silbernen Mondschein. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, es war warm genug (25 Grad) , um schwimmen zu gehen. Zum kleinen schönen Strand sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß, und den langen Strand von Altafulla erreicht man in 10 Minuten in die andere Richtung. Zu dieser Zeit waren beide Strände menschenleer, so das wir absolute Ruhe genossen haben. Im Haus selbst hat man alles, was man braucht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit der Terrasse , die Küche und das kleine Bad, im ersten Stock - zwei Schlafzimmer, eins sehr gemütlich mit dem Doppelbett und Balkon zum Wasser, das zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten, und das große moderne Bad. Es gibt noch eine weitere Etage mit der großen Sonnenterrasse und dem wunderschönen fast Panoramablick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und gemütlich, viele persönlichen Sachen der Eigentümer machen es sehr individuell und wohnlich. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnanlage hat einen abschließbaren Hof, wo man sicher das Auto abstellen kan. Zu den Supermärkten fährt man 5 min mit dem Auto. Die schöne Tarragona ist etwa 30 km entfernt und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch Wert, sowie viele kleine Orte und schöne Strände der Costa Daurada. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolle Lage
Großartige Terrasse mit einmaligem Blick. Kurzer Weg zu benachbarter Bucht. Ausstattung insgesamt gut, Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis. Küche eng und unübersichtlich, zu viel Geschirr. Leider viele Ameisen, aber das ist wohl an der gesamten Küste so.

Querida Elke, En verano el tema de las hormigas es fastidioso aunque en breve desaparecen todas, volvere a ocuparme de ello a la mayor brevedad, tambien voy a incluir ropa de cama sin cargo, gracias por tu comentario, me alegro de que te hayan gustado la terraza y las vistas y que hayas encontrado bueno el alojamiento, cuidamos personalmemte de que esté muy limpio y aseado para huestros huespedes saludos muy cordiales Josefina Lieber Elke, Im Sommer ist das Thema der Ameisen ärgerlich, obwohl sie bald alle verschwinden werden, ich werde mich um alles kümmern, sobald ich auch die Bettwäsche ohne Gebühr betreibe, danke für deinen Kommentar, ich bin froh, dass du die Terrasse gemocht hast und die Ansichten und Sie haben die Unterkunft gut gefunden, wir persönlich sorgen dafür, dass es sehr sauber und ordentlich für die Gäste ist sehr beste Grüße Josefina

Charmante maison emplacement privilégié
Charmante maison située dans un emplacement privilégié bien en face de la mer, les vues sont formidables. Tout équipé, literie confortable, la propriétaire n'étant pas présente sur place, c'est Candy qui m'a accueilli trés chaleureusement à sa place. La propriétaire est restée cependant très disponible par mail. L'appartement est à peine à 3 min de la belle petite plage qui s´appelle cala dels Caputxins. Il y a assez de commerces et supermarchés à proximité facilement accessible à pieds (15 min). La grande plage d´Altafulla est à moins de 5 min de marche par un beau chemin sur la roche. La maison est dans une rue à l'écart des foules, ce qui le protège grandement des nuisances sonores. Même si la journée on entend passer rarement des voitures, la nuit c'est très calme. En résumé, un très bon séjour et une maison où je retournerai avec plaisir. La maison est tout comme elle le regarde dans les photos, bien qu'elle soit plus grande. Idéal pour quatre amis partageant, célibataires ou familles. Parfait accueil loin de chez soi. Accès facile à tout et équipé de toutes les nécessités. J'ai apprécié le jardin devant la mer et les alentours. J'ai hâte de réserver à nouveau! Vaut chaque euro !!

Best value for money you can find
We stayed at the beginning of June 2017 and the weather was lovely. This is the most comfortable, fully equipped house we have booked. The privacy and so many sight views from all windows and ways out in the house were amazing, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the cute small garden, it was perfect for the evenings and lovely outdoor meals in front of such a perfect picture of the sea.The area and position was perfect for tourists like us, near of all although without crowds.We had a very nice visit of the Roman ruins which are 3 minutes walk from the house and every night we discovered a new restaurant both in the beach area and also in the lovely village which has a beautiful castle. Everything was within a short walk or car ride from the front door, It was quiet and restful. Good warm welcome from Candy. We did a nice picturesque walk from the beautiful cove beach by the munts way to Torredembarra in the afternoon, and from the house by the easy way of the flat rocks and along the whole big beach until the end in the early hours of the morning refreshing your feet by the shore of the beach. The fish they serve in the small beach restaurants is very fresh! As said this is one of the BEST. Best value for money you can find. Loved Altafulla.
