「This is not the building where we ended up staying. We arrived here and they had no record of our reservation. I reached out through VRBO to the host with no response. Thankfully the doorman at the building in this listing was able to give me the phone number of the person who hosts the rental. She told me that she was instead putting us in a building a block away. 「This booking was better than the pictures in my opinion. The host was extremely communicative and even went as far as to provide a video showing how to get to the property which was extremely helpful.
