Property was just as stated, and pictures were accurate. House is equipped with lots of stuff, pots/pans, utensils, spices, bathroom stuff, Keurig, and tons of wood cut for fireplace. Actual wood burning fireplace was very nice. Ski rental place within 5 minutes. Nearby grocery store is very small so it's a good idea to bring snacks, etc. from home if you can. There are some larger stores by Breckenridge if you want to make the drive for initial grocery run. House was very clean, very spacious, love having washer and dryer in house. Master suite is actually upstairs and is the bedroom with the TV for anyone who can't do stairs like myself but there are rooms downstairs as well and a bathroom. Scott was very quick to respond to me and very friendly to deal with. Keyless entry made it very easy to check in as well. If you are looking for something closer to the slopes, this isn't the house but Scott is accurate in the listed on how long it takes to get to Breckinridge so you should know ahead of your stay. We had a very superb stay, snowed a lot, great views, very quiet, away from the chaos of touristy Breckenridge but close enough to the slopes.
