"This hotel is very poorly maintained. The bed sheets seemed fresh. However, the carpet needed vacuuming, the toilet + tub room did not appear to have been cleaned and the grout & caulking looked moldy, the sink electrical outlet/cover was very dirty, the bedside lamps outlet did not work, there was no desk chair or desk lamp. There was no hot water in the morning. The staff member was unable to help in any way. Parking was not a problem. The laundry room door was open showing a unclean room with piles of sheets, and miscellaneous stuff stacked to the ceiling."
