「Pretty amazing price for a Gilded Age gem that's still being kept in top shape. It's sort of the Hollywood ideal of what a swanky hotel is supposed to look like. There was a good gym and good bar/eating options right on site (for a quick bite in the morning and a night cap later on). Good gym too.

「The lobby made us feel like we had entered a time machine; the magnificent architecture, the stunning marble and inlays were breathtaking. Our room was quiet and clean and well-stocked. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and eager to help. The Rebel Room, however, leads the list of our lovely experiences. Amazing menu, the best meal we'd had in our stay...and it was a short elevator ride to it!」
