"Very bad service, I had to wait 2 hrs after reaching hotel before getting the room. Also, I booked the higher category room but didn't get the same. There was no bath tub in my room. But it was mentioned in booking "

" They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s .
