「Clean inside but did smell a little like Clorox. Very nice updated place and comfortable bed. It could use adding another dish towel - only one was supplied - and maybe a dish cloth for washing dishes. Also the tap water was not the best, it would be a nice touch to add an RO system, a Brita, or at least a few water bottles for guests in case of emergency. Great location and parking. The weeds next to the house were pretty overgrown so maybe cleaning up the landscaping a bit would be good.」

「The hotel was terrific. The upper outdoor terrace was incredible, especially hearing music playing around the cornerfrom the terrace. The other outdoor patio was ok. The air conditioner was way too loud, and there weren't any cushions on the outdoor furniture. There was a cool water fountain, but you couldn't hear it because of the loud air conditioner. 「Traveling to a place like Nashville there’s a level of expectation when it comes to hospitality. The graduate seriously lacked on basic needs. For the amount your paying, there is no cleaning service done in the room and with no restaurant on site you are forced to DoorDash food that they won’t offer to bring from lobby to the door themselves. No, that isn’t a requirement of staff but it does help to facilitate a good experience. Also with that being said with no restaurant on site ATLEAST...

「Our room was great and super clean. However, the staff at the front desk in the morning were rude and unprofessional. We extended our stay and needed to check back in and they called us at 9am. Check out is at 11 and check in is at 4. What was the rush to get my credit card number when I just stayed 3 nights without any problems. The female staff in the morning was very rude!!!! She snapped at my daughter telling her she gave her 2 keys when in fact she gave me 2 keys several hours prior. I will...
