"We really loved this hotel, it is in a quieter location for Nashville. Away from the hustle and bustle, so you will need a car to get into the centre but this does not take long and the hotel offers a shuttle service at certain times (we didn’t use this.) The hotel has a small shop where you can purchase a variety of drinks etc and a coffee shop that is open on certain days too. There isn’t any shops etc around the hotel, but the music studios are all nearby - would recommend booking on a tour! The rooms themselves are really clean and spacious, our room had a kitchen with amenities like washing up liquid, kettle and a clothes steamer. Bathroom was big, only downside we found was the room could use a little more lights around the mirrors, especially for getting ready. Overall, loved this hotel and would stay again."

"Great deal! Looking around Nashville, hotel nightly rates are only half of the picture as parking costs are substantial. This property included free parking. Uber rides into downtown are ~$10 saving lots of parking and traffic headaches. The property was very nice with grills, cornhole boards, mini golf putting green and privacy from the street. The lodging was very nice and we felt like we won with this reservation on music row! I worked from the room for a couple days and wifi was always good, no issues to speak of."

"My wife and I have booked VRBO at least three times each year our family, and friends travel for the past ten years. We have stayed in numerous locations across the United States and Canada. This booking was beyond excellent! I cannot say enough good things about the communication, cleanliness, location, and overall visit. If I could give ten stars, they would be all be big and gold!Dave, the host, was more than accommodating, communicating early and often, and offering an early check-in. He provided various dining locations for us to try. Each were excellent. The townhouse was super clean, modern, and comfortable. To our surprise, Dave and his wife provided chocolates, wine, and fruit! Who could go wrong with quality chocolate and good wine! This was a first in ten years of VRBO! My wife has requested that our shower be converted to the shower that is in the master. Plenty of room and the location was perfect. It is on the skirt of Vanderbilt University in a very safe neighborhood. Centrally located to restaurants on 12th Ave South and the excitement of Broadway and the Opry. Highly recommend making reservations for dinner. It is a short drive to all but recommend using the driverless cabs once just for the fun!We celebrated four birthdays while we were there! This VRBO was the icing on the cake! When we meet in Nashville again, we know where we will call home for the few days during our visit! Excellent!"
