Unit Layout
The vacation property is a 4-room apartment spanning 113 square meters across two levels, situated on the ground floor. The open living/dining room features a digital TV, radio, hi-fi system, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a bar area. There is also a shower and WC on this level. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms.
The upper floor consists of a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit to the veranda. Another room features a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the veranda. The third room on this level has two bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the veranda. Additionally, there is a bath, bidet, and WC on the upper floor.
