Other things to note
1. Health and Safety are my top priority. The house is professionally cleaned between every guest’s stay. This is out of respect for the health and well-being of all guests. For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs are difficult to accommodate.
2. Please remember you are in a private residence in a peaceful suburban neighborhood, not a hotel or commercial district. I ask guests to treat my home with respect as you would your own home. If there is anything to tend to during your stay, I’m just a call away and I’ll do my best to respond ASAP.
3. The neighborhood is very pet-friendly and is very close to the Franconia Rec Center (5 mins) for access to large green spaces. If you are looking to bring your pet, please add them as a guest to your reservation. One pet per reservation.
4. This is a two-story home, guests must be able to climb stairs to move to the upper and lower levels.
5. Respectfully, absolutely no parties or events. The house is equipped with a non-recording decibel noise sensor. Please see house rules.
6. We are a pet-friendly home and are happy to accommodate your companions. We have a spacious lawn and a fully fenced backyard for your pet to roam and play. We kindly request pets stay in the first-level bedroom, we do not allow pets on the furniture, in the kitchen, or on the second floor. Please clean up after your pet if they do their business during your stay. If we have to clean up after them we will add an additional $150 cleaning fee.
7. All guests staying 3 1/2 weeks or longer must agree to a mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks.
