"Spectacular view of the beach from front porch, living room, and dining area. Well appointed kitchen with good selection of cooking utensils. Comfy beds and plenty of blankets to keep cozy. Easy walk down to the beach and Pearl restaurant. Finding the place was a little difficult in the dark, so we missed the entrance map, but in daytime very convenient location. Host was very responsive and helpful. Laundry on site, but bring 1 coins. "

"The location is really the standout feature of this property — it’s in a lovely area and made for a great setting during our stay.However, beyond that, the experience was disappointing and didn’t live up to expectations, particularly given the price.The outside of the property was quite messy and gave a poor first impression. Inside, while it appeared neat on the surface and had some nice furniture, it quickly became clear that the building itself is very old and in need of significant upkeep. There are visible signs of wear and deterioration, with what feels like a number of patch-up fixes rather than proper maintenance.There were also issues during our stay that impacted our experience, including problems with the spa bath and a roof leak.While the location is undeniably a highlight, it’s difficult to justify the price in its current condition. With some proper repairs and attention to maintenance, this could be a much better place to stay, but as it stands, it fell short of expectations."
