It has three well-distributed bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, which provide comfort and privacy to all guests.The garden houses a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments in the company of family and friends on its covered terraces. The garden furniture, which includes comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing and sofas for relaxing, invites one to lose track of time while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. Welcome to unforgettable holidays in Alcudia!Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registering all guests.Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
