- Second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 cm, wardrobe, bedside table and stool.

- Practical bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, sink and bidet.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Nespresso coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water.

This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in winter. 100 metres from the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez…

You will enjoy the proximity of the Valencia orchard, which dates from the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already cultivated in Roman times, cereals, vines, olives, are added rice and chufa as the most characteristic of this area, as well as vegetables such as aubergine and artichoke.



How to get around

Just a few metres away from the apartment there is a bus stop available (lines 19 - 31), taxi and cycle lane.
