Room was very dusty and had spider webs all over. Obviously had not been cleaned or used in a while. Had to beat pillows, shake out bed covering. Used a broom to clean cobwebs from corners of rooms including bathroom. Had to fumigate to get rid of spiders. It was basic but comfy. That is what i expected ...
