I have booked bunk bed room. They gave me barrierless bunk bed and they didn’t change it until last night. The other thing is they are trying to do much with less staff. So there are lines everywhere. Staff is unhappy you can see in their eyes. Food is not bad but not tasty. The only good thing is aquapark.
