"We have used this hotel a couple of times previously and thought that it was a great place to stay and visit with family. There were a few things this time that seemed not to be up to the previous standard. Maybe it's policy now, but housekeeping never came into out room to do any cleaning or re-stocking. ..."

"Our first room smelled like mold and actually had physical mold on the sides of the cabinet that contained the refrigerator.
