"Staff and room service were lovely just delightful.
But the room it self one phone doesnt work, shower flooded the side we told reception twice and nothing was done during our 3 day stay.
The pool is across the road you have to go out of the resort through an under pass, but once you are there its all good.
Beach a bit stoney, but you can manage, Staff in the pool were lovely again.
My gripes are, room floors were sticky, showers leak on the side no where near the door, they need to do more quality checks.
Its not bad but when you compare it to other 5 star resort it doesnt score very well.
The Staff made it brilliant here."
