"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"I had an amazing stay at The Palace Pyramids Hotel! The food was some of the best we had during our trip, and the free breakfast was a wonderful bonus. The view of the pyramids while having breakfast was absolutely incredible and made the experience even more special. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made me and my wife feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely be visiting again next year. If you’re looking for a great hotel with delicious food, friendly staff, and an amazing view of the pyramids, I highly recommend The Palace Pyramids Hotel. It was an amazing experience!"

"Beautiful stay in Cairo Nice suites very spacious , fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and guest restroom was a plus , very nice view on the Nile and you can see the pyramid from far away but we got very beautiful pictures from our room Very helpful staff they assist you in every step even with putting your luggage in the car Excellent house keeping staff even the evening team who came to assist with urgent need for housekeeping late in the day Very thankful for the whole team it was a very nice pleasant stay Will definitely book again when I come back to Cairo"

"Great hotel with great service located centrally. Very noisy as most of the hotels are. Constant car honking and music playing but it is out of the hotels control thats just Egypt. The hotel itself is very nice although some attention could be shown to repair especially the windows that dont close fully or are not sealed properly letting dust and sand in all the time. The restaurant here is wonderful, the service is great, and overall a good stay but the beds were hard as a rock so if your a light sleeper maybe seek elsewhere but I would recommend overall if your able."
