アイボニトのアパート

「It was a great place」

「Need a little tender clean, need schedule a exterminator. Ceiling on top of stove is dropping termite grounds (is not coffee). Communication was ok. Need to put a sign on front of the bathroom "watch you step" (to prevent fall) for safety. AC work fantastic. Walking distance to Plaza, stores, rest, mini market, Pharmacy, and coffee & Pubs. Host was friendly and professional. Driving distance to beachs, hospital and historic places. Don't know where trash is collected so I left at behind the...

「From check-in to check-out, the hosts were absolutely outstanding. No matter when I reached out, whether it was a quick question in the morning or something that came up late at night, they responded promptly and with genuine warmth. It never felt like I was bothering them. They made me feel like my comfort was always a priority. What really set them apart was how well maintained the space was. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and in great working order. It was clear they take real...

「Enjoyed our stay everything was like described host was very good at responding and accommodating」

「The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. 」

「Address for check in was incorrect from the host so our Uber was very expensive. There was no toilet paper. Only 2 very used towels for 4 people. Very congested, noisy neighborhood. All the blinds in each room were broken. Cupboard doors were broken/falling off」

「Very nice, clean and good for 2 adults with a pet -I think a family with children for this particular property would be too small and not enough seating. For us it was good we were out all day and really just slept there - host was very nice but we really didn’t need anything- the property is very close to lots of beautiful beaches and restaurants - worth the trip and very reasonable price wise」
