Vi hade en fin vistelse och det är ett fint hotell men vi tyckte det saknades lite ”feeling”, hotellet kändes överlag mörkt och tyst trots att det bodde mycket människor där. "This was actually our second stay at Lum as when our flights were delayed we wanted a little haven to relax and enjoy our extra time in the South. The staff here were so friendly and helpful and everything about the complex made it feel like a lovely place to stay. "Property is ok but u have arranged us just bed we had to pay indian around rs 7000 only to the bed eventhough it was originally cost around indian rs 4000 for full board don't cheat to the innocent people"

"Nice clean rooms and attentive staff, pool was heated and the location was walkable into certain surf spots; sticks, and marshmallow. Only issues is that the bathroom was slightly broken, sink was loose and shower door dragged. The staff we not familiar with Expedia payments, but this is common for the island as most hotels don’t like the idea of not being paid cash. This was sorted eventually but remember to show your payment receipt on check in. "
