「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

「This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. 「アパートは欧州の映画に出てくる感じで、古いけれども雰囲気がいいです。エレベーターがないのでスーツケースの人は覚悟が要ります。欧州では0階があるので2階は日本でいうところの3階です。窓はいいけど景色は住人の裏庭なので期待しないこと。下水臭が気になったのでチェックアウト後、施設に連絡しました。 駅から2分、隣はスーパーマーケット、バス停も船着場もすぐ目の前で、コモ観光に最適です。私は朝9時のバスでベラージオに着き、そこからヴァレンナ、トレメッゾへ船で渡り、船でコモへもどるのを1日でできました。ただしランチは食べ歩きです。」

「Huge pain. Will use hotel next time for sure. Resort fee for an apartment with zero services is a deceptive money grab. Also the hoops required to process check in took over an hour. Nightmare.」
