「The staff was wonderful but the hotel was missing toilet seats and the linen, towels and wash clothes were all stained and dingy looking, they could have really used some bleach and a good washing.」

「On thenapp it says full refunded but then i was told later thatnit cant be refunded after i made payment and wanted toncancel.」

「Bad exreience. service is very bad. a guest room door was not working. It took 2 hours to foix my room door. A reception desk and facility manegemen have bad communications. Totally I could not enter my room for two hours!! I have used this hotel many years, but service is getting worse gradually. 」

「The hotel is in an excellent state, but the water system must be well and properly treated. I can't brush my teeth with it」

「A perfect one night stay. Staff was helpful and polite. Our king room was excellent - comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. Will definately stay again」
