The villa is spacious, with lots of light . The kitchen is outfitted but the utensils, pots and pans etc. are old and worn. We were surprised that there are no closets in the house. The beds, bedding and towels could use refreshing. The living room sitting area is not comfortable although there is a good TV. Since we rented in the winter, we did not experience the pool area which is large.The house is in a dense residential area but a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.The hosts are lovely and accessible .

Quiétude et raffinement partagés en famille. Ce havre de paix nous a conquis ainsi qu’à nos grands enfants. Les espaces ont été pensés pour profiter à chaque heure de la journée du soleil ou à l’ombre des palmiers et du pin parasol. La deco, reflète la beauté et le soin particulier que nos hôtes ont construit et nous font partager. Quelle magnifique parenthèse de vacances en famille, merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse

Zeer leuk huis op heel centrale locatie. De eigenaars Fanny en Olivier zijn heel aangenaame mensen en heel flexibel. Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Enkele kleine puntjes, de bedden zijn veel te klein waardoor we niet goed sliepen en het huis kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken maar dit stoorde niet. Overall een leuke vakantie gehad met het hele gezin.

This property is superb and very well equipped with everything you could need (apart from toilet paper!). It was ideal for us with our 3 adult sons, aged 18-24, because the layout meant that everyone had plenty of space and privacy. It is an easy 15 minute drive from Beziers airport and there are supermarkets and smaller shops less than 5 minutes away. The river, local beach and some nice restaurants are within walking distance. We had a super-chilled week but there are loads of tourist attractions for anyone who wants to explore the region. Highly recommended - but pack some loo roll!

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien 2024 die Gäste von Fanny und Olivier und konnten unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genießen. Die beiden haben uns herzlich empfangen, alles im und um das Haus ausführlich erklärt und standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. der Pool wurde während unserem Urlaub regelmäßig durch Olivier gereinigt.

Five stars for the hosts Fanny & Olivier! Very nice and spacious villa. It has everything we needed. We spent 10 days and it was very comfortable. Unfortunately it was raining for the entire stay and we were not able to take advantage of the pool. Thank you Fanny and Olivier for your hospitality.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette villa pendant nos vacances. La maison est non seulement magnifique, mais aussi très fonctionnelle, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin à portée de main. Les grandes baies vitrées inondent l'intérieur de lumière naturelle, offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le pool house et la piscine extérieure. L'environnement magnifique, avec ses nombreux palmiers et pins, ajoute une touche de sérénité à l'ensemble. De plus, les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et réactifs, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. La villa est également idéalement située, à proximité des commerces et de la plage, ce qui a rendu nos déplacements très pratiques. Nous sommes repartis remplis d'une énergie revitalisante après ces vacances. Merci à vous pour cette expérience mémorable ! À très bientôt j’espère.

Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Tischtennis-Tisch ist unbrauchbar, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Supernette Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn sind tolle Städte in der Umgebung einfach zu erreichen (Narbonne, Beziers, Montpellier, Nimes). Würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und zentral. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen bei allem. Es ist nur schade, dass es nur eine Toilette im Haupthaus gibt. Mit 2 Familien etwas blöd. Da man auch alles hören kann. Man konnte es aus der Beschreibung leider auch nicht genau heraus lesen. Es ist ein sehr offenes Haus in dem man alles hört.

Haben eine super Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Für die Kinder ist es traumhaft, da das Haus ummauert ist und sehr viele Spielmöglichkeiten bietet. Fanny & Olivier waren hervorragende Gastgeber die sich sehr toll um uns gekümmert haben.

Super villa avec agencement de l'espace original, jardin à l'africaine rempli de palmiers qui marque une différence par rapport aux jardins des alentours. Accompagnement très sympa par les propriétaires.
