Welcome to this accommodation managed by Agde’Loc! Enjoy a comfortable stay with a swimming pool, balcony, and fully equipped kitchenette, just a few steps from the beach, the port, and local shops.

The accommodation includes:

• Cabin area: 3 bunk beds (3 sleeping spaces)

• Living room: double sofa bed (2 sleeping spaces)

• Kitchen: hob, microwave, coffee maker, utensils

• Bathroom: bathtub, sink

• Separate toilet

• Balcony with table and chairs (overlooking the pool and the port)

• Swimming pool in the residence: open from early June



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire accommodation.

Self check-in via key safe.

Parking space: not included (public parking nearby).



The Neighborhood:

A prime location in the heart of Cap d’Agde

Located right in the centre of the resort, the Port district is one of the most sought-after areas in Cap d’Agde. Lively, friendly and perfectly located, it offers an ideal holiday setting, with stunning views over the boats, a Mediterranean atmosphere and immediate proximity to shops, restaurants and activities.

Just a few steps away, you’ll find numerous restaurant terraces, ice-cream parlours, boutiques, night markets and summer entertainment. The atmosphere is both family-friendly and festive, without ever feeling overwhelming.

The beaches are only a few minutes away on foot or by bike, as are the cycle paths, water sports and all the must-see attractions of Cap d’Agde (Île des Loisirs, Aqualand, etc.).

For relaxing moments, the residence has a secure swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a sunny day.

• Agde train station: 15 min by car

• Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport: 20 min

• Public parking: nearby (prices vary depending on the season)

L'accueil était tres amicale et chaleureux malgré l'heure tardive a laquelle je suis arrivée. L'agence est tres disponible et a l'écoute. L'appartement est fidèle a l'annonce mais c'est tres petit. On peut a peine circuler dans l'appartement et la literie est mauvaise. Sinon, il est tres bien placé ( sur le port) mais du coup, beaucoup de bruits le soir et la plage est un peu loin.
