"El staff nada profesional , no superon resolver problemas sencillos , la habitación sin amenidades basicas como Shampoo , descastada , incluso diria que com Moho en el techo , mala calidad de la comida , cuando fuimos a buscar desayuno , ya no habia incluso cuando todavia era la hora determinada para el desayuno, las sabanas no estaban tan limpias como uno se espera de una habitación de hotel nueva y recien aseada , no volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar ni que me paguen , punto ."

"This place did not look anything like the pictures online. I did not stay here after circling the outside by car and visiting the lobby. Hated that my reservation was non refundable. Will not prepay on future reservations without knowing more about the area."
