"We are a family of four with two teenagers and we had a wonderful stay. The room was huge, comfortable beds, very hot shower and the in-room drinking water filter was fantastic. Service was impeccable. Location is unbeatable. The breakfasts were outstanding - beautiful and delicious vegan meals. We are very much carnivores, but we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts. This place is an absolute gem."

The one recommendation I would make is that if you’re a light sleeper I would book a top floor room. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and I would definitely stay again, but I would stay on the top floor."

"This hotel made our stay exceptional. We didnt expect to spend as much time in our hotel as we did, but the hotels ammenities and programming made it so relaxing for us. But the best part of all was the staff… you can really tell that the staff, from the manager Reny to the restaurant and front desk staff, really care about the guest experience. They really made our time there exceptional and we would highly recommend this hotel to any of our friends and family. We will absolutely stay here again if we return to Ubud! Thank you to all the staff for really making our time here relaxing, welcoming, and hospitable!"

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Seres. Hotel: Check-in process after long travel was thankfully very easy. Our room had a pool and it felt well maintained and mostly private. Loved the doors in the bathroom leading outside to the desk. Cleaning staff came daily. Purified water bottles provided. And the front desk very responsive, helpful and quick if an issue arose or we needed something. Food: Breakfast was good and while some things were the same everyday they tried to include some variety daily. The fruit and juices were fresh. They even gave us to go breakfast when we had super earlier mornings/ excursions. Dinner was okay. The pizza was my favorite! Overall the food was overpriced for sure but it was just more convenient to eat here after a long day. Location: It is about 20-30 minutes from Ubudd central but grabs picked us up super quickly and easily. Overall would recommend. Felt like a peaceful stay overall."

"We had reservations for two nights but we ended up only staying one night. It was too late to get a refund for our second night but the staff were amazing and organized for our transportation to our next destination at no cost which was a 3 hour drive. All in all incredible service and a very nice place to stay. Everything you would want to see is not far away."

"Our three night stay at Komaneka was nothing short of spectacular. Not only is it set in the most beautiful location, the staff go absolutely above & beyond for you. We just wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay where you feel like you are nice & secluded with beautiful green surroundings but also only a short walk to the heart of Ubud. "The highlight of our stay was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Almost everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Small touches such as remembering our breakfast orders, bringing snacks with drinks ordered from the bar, helping us find the right driver, and explaining the local area and surroundings really made a difference. There are a few areas where the property could improve, particularly with housekeeping and room comfort. The carpets could be vacuumed more regularly, and the wash basin could benefit from a more thorough clean, as there were some signs of mould that became noticeable on closer inspection. The air conditioning could also be stronger or cool the room faster, especially for guests returning from the heat outside. Better water pressure in the shower would also improve the overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the location. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming and able to communicate well in English, which made everything much easier throughout our stay. With a few improvements to cleanliness and room amenities, the experience could be even better."

"★★★★☆ 4/5 We had a comfortable stay at Bucu View Resort in Ubud and overall enjoyed our time there. We stayed in the Lotus Valley View Room, which was a nice room with a lovely view over the pool and surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the resort is in a good location for exploring Ubud. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and we found the room comfortable. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The facilities are starting to show their age, and there were some minor maintenance issues that would be worth addressing. For example, the exhaust fan in our bathroom was quite rattly and noisy. There was also quite a bit of ambient light coming into the room at night, which made it a little difficult to get the room properly dark for sleeping. The swim-up pool bar was a nice feature, although it would have been better to have bar staff available at the pool more consistently. Overall, Bucu View Resort is a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff, a good location and some beautiful views. With a little attention to maintenance and a few improvements to the facilities and pool service, it could be an even better experience."
