「We liked location & quietness, especially since it’s a larger property. The Haystack Bar & Bistro had wonderful crunchy chicken wings, but my salad with added chicken was terrible, the chicken was chewy, not good. I didn’t eat. The server did offer me if I wanted something else, but the damage was already done. The salad was not removed from the bill or discounted. The modern rooms are designed well, with a huge lake wall art & unique lighting. Overall, a wonderful stay.」

「This was a beautiful cozy place. So Lovely decorated. With little kitchenette amenities enough to fix simple breakfast/ lunch. A table to sit at. Nice clean modern bathroom. Nice entrance. Private. Close to hikes (25-30 minutes from LOJ trail head parking. It allowed me to bring my dog. It was perfect for what we needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. I’d stay again without hesitation. 」

「We stayed one night at this motel to enjoy the beautiful fall colors. The location is perfect, about a 10-minute walk to Mirror Lake, where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having a large TV, a fridge, and a microwave. Everything was spotless. 「Beautiful property that wasn't far from town. Everyone was so nice there! our TV didn't work and they had someone there to check on it even before my husband got back from walking down to the front desk! The problem never got resolved but they did give me a gift when I checked out. It worked fine for us!」
