"Capital Inn is in a great secured area, hotel has great customer service but outdated furniture and appliances. The bathroom light did not work for the duration of my stay and it was a struggle to get a fridge in the room, receptionist explained that all the refrigerators were out for servicing. Overall it was a nice stay, very secure and even though a bit pricey I still prefer the hotel due to location. Special shout out to Abraham, he showed exemplary customer service!"

"Worsr hotel i have ever encountered. Did not get toslrep there as they had alreasy given my room out and were apologizing and promising me a room the next day cos they were fully booked. Long story short they sold my room to someone who was ready to take more rooms and leaving me stranded before i could manage to get another hotel. "The amenities, the staff and the general manager Rita Njokede made our stay memorable and pleasant.
