"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. Thank you again for the warm welcome and lovely stay."

"The accommodations were spacious and very comfortable for our family. Everything was within walking distance and we enjoyed our time there very much. We had several parking options nearby (paid or unpaid for a slight walk) and we also had access to a grocery store if we wanted to cook at home. The historic property is unique and the interior was beautifully appointed. "

"The villa was very comfortable and well furnished. The fenced yard with all of it;s trees and garden was perfect for us and our dog to enjoy the outside.The location of this villa is good for visiting places in Puglia and has good restaurants nearby. "We found the place unique and loved it for that. An apartment in an old building with great character. We did find it a little dark but otherwise it met our needs for our stay. It was well located and large in size so plenty of room for our things without tripping over them. It was a surprise to have a daily service ensuring we always had towels and supplies. We were very happy with our stay."

"This is a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment located very close to one of the gates into the Old Town of Lecce. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. There is also a Conrad supermarket less than a kilometre from the apartment. The only minor irritant is the presence across the road from the apartment of a mobile fast food van which can be quite noisy in the late evening and early evening. "We had an amazing time staying at Massimo’s place. The villa is even more beautiful in person and was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It was central to a bunch of other nearby places on our list to visit and centrally located in the town. Massimo was a great host and very communicative and helpful throughout our stay as well as during our trip planning process. Can’t recommend staying here enough, and would love to come back to stay again. His place made our trip so special!"
