"Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

I updated host when I arrived saying property was ideal. Quick response thanking me. ( I hadn’t checked internet this far however)When I messaged to say internet doesn’t work no response until too late - nearly checking out.If internet works, great property, great location."
