"I wish I could give the staff more stars. Their service, particularly two gentlemen who assisted my Mum and I, were truly fantastic. They deserve particular recognition for being incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. My one complaint was that the hotel doesn’t have room service or a restaurant onsite for dinner. I’d also suggest some improvements to accessibility for people unable to walk up and down stairs. But truly, we couldn’t have been happier with the staff and service received. Thank you!"

"The hotel is a standard Marriott and to be honest I didn't expect much. However, the rooms are nice, bed is very comfortable and I slept very well. Everything was spotlessly clean too. The staff are the real stars here. What a wonderful team. So friendly, courteous and helpful. I had a specific issue that I could not fix as my flight back to Aberdeen was delayed. I rang the hotel, even though I was not booked in for that night (I stayed the night before) and they went out of their way to fix this for me. Excellent"
