Clean, comfortable & friendly.

The room was compact but very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is a help yourself continental breakfast which included boiled eggs if required. There is no option for a cooked breakfast. The location is ideal for the airport and P&J live conference centre. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent value for money

This is a nice bed and breakfast in a good location. Easy parking outside and short walk for bus or train services. Breakfast offered an excellent selection and the host was very welcoming.

Can’t fault this guest house for the price we paid. Quiet area of Aberdeen. A clean and comfortable room. Good buffet breakfast. Help yourself. Staff were helpful and I would recommend the place.

Extremely warm, friendly, helpful host. Arranged a ground floor room with ensuite on our second day without prompting as he became aware of our mobility problems. All facilities and rooms were immaculately clean. Inclusive breakfast was everything we needed. Excellent service all round. 5* PLUS.

It was a very good night I have spent at Granville with very helpful staff ,clean and tidy rooms,only one thing I have noticed that shower wasn’t working,as I didn’t have enough time so I didn’t approach anyone to sort it out for me,
