"The location of this studio apartment was perfect for my stay being very close to family in Penfield NY. The area offered many and varied dining options which were all within this very walkable city. The studio was exactly as described: clean and fresh with a wonderful shower, great water pressure. The unit is on the ground floor which provided easy access and had it's own dedicated parking spot. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Overall, a wonderful stay and hope to use it again for any future stays."

"Kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Furnishings were comfortable. The supermarket (Wegman's, which is fantastic BTW) is very close.The room with the bunk beds has a closet full of toys for kids if you bring them. Noel (host) was very proactive, and responsive with communications. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property!"
