"Rooms and accommodation were great. Staff was great only issue was bartenders in restaurants blew us off every time we went up to the bar to spend plenty of money as we did over the 4 days we were there. To the point we ordered pizza from somewhere else to be delivered to patio. All other staff was great. Very polite and accommodating. We loved the atmosphere and set up. Great concept. Hope to visit soon again. "

"The room was terrible with little windows and yiu couldn’t see out as there was so much moisture in the glass. The parking situation is terrible to have to walk through the alley because need key access but don’t get that until you check in "

"The hotel was very clean, updated, convenient to many places, rooms were nice and spacious. We had an event at the convention center and it was the perfect location and cost half the price as staying right next to the convention center-a 5 minute commute if that. Will definitely use next year!"

"The room was really run down. It was clean but the sink had permanent marks like tar in it. The bathroom floor was buckling up. Bed was comfortable. Parking was well lit."

"Check in was very easy and fast. The front desk person was friendly. When we went to bed after getting the kids settled in we smelled a urine scent and found it was all over one of the queen mattress."
