"Management (?owner/operater) was rude and despite familiarity with 'translator' app a terrible communicator. Saving a 1* teview was the laundry and available (out of room) fridge. Perhaps it was a bad weekend...but smoking while talking at the front desk and 'cold-shoulder' vibes were annoying even considering cross-cultural differences!

"I really wanted to love the hotel as much as I liked other Alila properties but it was a disaster. I understand that some people may have a good experience there but mine was a disaster. The mountains around are nice but the room was so filthy, it was just unbelievable. It is basically a resort one hour from Anji with nothing around so you are trapped there. being trapped in a nice place is fine for a few days but they rooms are ugly and disgusting, they are all smoking (despite what this...
