「The beach was nice and staff were very good. The room was not worth the $1400 we paid. The outlets for phone did not work. The room phones needed to be fixed twice. No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower
Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient. The stairs were not clean. The plunge pool was not warm but cold.
I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone. It is not...

「We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. 「So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!」
