Loved the hotel!

Modern hotel with an elevator!! Room was tight due to king bed but manageable ! Arrange for water taxi thru NINFEA--otherwise it is a 15 minute walk over 4 canals & their bridges. Friendly helpful staff. GREAT location for restaurants and walking around Old Venice!!

First Class treatment.

It was a wonderful, special stay. The room, staff, facilities, location, and perks were all excellent.

The hotel was tranquil and sophisticated. The staff was very professional. They went beyond what is expected at a normal luxury five star hotel. The location is beautiful and serene. You get to the hustle of Venice in 20 minutes by courtesy boat. Sightsee and walk all day and then return to the private island oasis to relax amidst luxury.

The photos do not do this property justice. The rooms look old in the photos and that could not be further from reality. The rooms are freshly renovated and the motif makes them appear in photos to have faded paint and furnishings, this is due to the color aesthetic not coming through in the pictures.

I stayed at the Londra Palace for one night with my mom after our Mediterranean cruise ended in Venice. This hotel was perfect. We arrived at the hotel at about 9:30am with our luggage, as we'd just disembarked from our cruise ship. Despite check-in being several hours away, they held our bags and directed us outside to the patio for breakfast. Within an hour our room was ready. It is very well located, just a short walk from the Piazza San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs, and it's directly...

Our stay at this outstanding property was exceptional. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and clean. The entire staff were courteous and helpful, especially the concierge who arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station. We cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Nolinski.

This is perhaps the best service I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were knowledgeable about the area, restaurants, directions, and were warm and clear. The hotel shows the owner's very careful selection of everything, from lamps to snacks to toiletries and furniture design. My wife wants to return "quarterly." The whole experience gets 5 out of 5 stars.

***** FIVE STAR Boutique Hotel ALL the WAY..!! My girlfriend & I (now fiancé, after this trip..!) stayed 3-nights in the *Executive Suite, Canal View (With Spa)* and we Loved every moment of our Romantic Venetian experience, thanks in large part to the wonderful team @ EXCESS VENICE..! The Room: Magnificent! We’ve stayed in a plethora of amazing accommodations around the world but having our own designated ‘Steam-Room’ & large ‘Private-Jacuzzi’ inside the room here was Sublime and greatly...

The hotel and the grounds and the whole facility are spectacular but the staff is what made it so special. Sara who helps manage the Villas was a dream and went out of her way to make our visit magical. The pool staff at the Adult pool was so kind and just wanted everyone to have the best time. Such a great place to visit.

Perfect location and very personal and friendly manager. He helped me with my bags and was very patient.

Spent 4 nights in this beautiful unique hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s mansion. Built in 1400 and decorated to give you a touch of the era without over doing it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped us book cabs and tips on restaurants and nearby beaches. Breakfast in the morning was very good and it is served outside in their courtyard. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

WORLD TRAVELER HERE THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL I EVER BEEN TO. The room and hotel is so Beautiful and romantic. It was super clean and new. Services was amazing, the restaurant was very good and the views was great. We loved the bar it was a pit on the higher end but well worth it. If we decided to come back to Venice this is the only place to stay.

Wow! That's all I can say about the level of service in this hotel. I read some of the reviews and can't believe people can be so petty! A stain on the shower curtain and you want to remove stars! get real. This is a classy first rate hotel which I plan on staying at upon my return trip. Thank you hotel staff for your attentiveness and professionalism. Your recommendations for dinner were spot on The champagne you sent to our room upon hearing it was our 25th anniversary was gracious and a...

Amazing structure, food and staff. The water taxi should be made included in the hotel stay rather than paid apart.
