"Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate...
