「We had a lovely one night stay in the Warren room, it was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom, two small notes, there is no accessible plug socket near the right hand side of the bed & the TV was not working while we were there but that wasn’t really a problem for us as we were out most of the time. The food was excellent and staff very friendly and attentive.」

「Easy check in, on first impression room was a good size , bed comfortable , bathroom the toilet looked like it had been broken for dome time, we did message North gate to inform them along with photos, but no response , crack in toilet seat is unhygienic ! Cobwebs in the bathroom as well Breakfast was ok We did inform someone about the toilet seat again when we checked out」

「Great hospitality from the staff. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced for a basic continental spread. I would have expected the continental breakfast to be included with the room rate. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous! I would love to dine there again. When I got my final bill for my stay (room and breakfast) I was asked if I wanted to add further gratuity to it which was a little surprising and made me feel a bit awkward.
