「This is not a 5 star property, the food is below average, 1 restaurant really, self serving, rude staff, no support from reception, broken chair on the balcony not replaced, rain shower not working, probably ok for families with kids…who eat anything …very noisy, Definitely not for someone who Wants a true 5 star experience 」

「I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. Upon arriving at the hotel the room was not ready and was dirty (even though it was already 3pm). When we asked for towels the "clean" ones that were provided had a ball of hair inside and stains.
