「Good fall view!」

「Excellent hotel for me. I could use free taxi service from the airport to the hotel with the information of my flight and time by previous e-mail to the hotel. The restaurant is wonderful and we enjoyed special dinner with our friends. The room is very clean with strong shower with large bathtab. We actually need a taxi to go anywhere outside the hotel, because the hotel is in nature. However, the taxi is not expensive here (within 1000 peso to downtown or Argentina side of the Falls). 」

「イグアスの滝のツアーを見える化してわかりやすくしてほしい。空港への移動とかもサービスはフロントに聞けば教えてくれるが予め見える化してほしい。フロントはとても親切ではあるがいつも空いているわけではないため。」

「ダウンタウンまで、３キロ。バス停の前、タクシー２０００円くらい。スタッフはとても良い。ドルを両替しようとしたら、ホテルでは、３．７５アルゼンチンペソだけれど。タクシーや街では４．００だから、その方が良いと言った。それでは、ホテルが儲からないだろうと言ったら、会社のレート変換が遅い、お客に有利な方を、我々は勧める。とても気にいった。」

「ちょうど滞在中に息子の誕生日があったので、コンシェルジュの方と事前にやり取りをし、ケーキと風船をお願いしました。コンシェルジュの方の対応はとても早く、いつもすぐにお返事をいただけました。当日、部屋には風船があり、ディナーの時にはスタッフの方の歌付きでケーキを持ってきてくださり、とても感動しました！レストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーでとても良い時間を過ごせました。すべてのスタッフがきちんと教育をされているようで、4日間とても楽しかったです。また滞在したいホテルです。」

「This was perfect for a 1 night stay to see Iguazu Falls. Communication was very easy with the hotel and they sent a taxi for free to the airport to collect me. The room was spacious with separate eating area and breakfast (orange juice, coffee, croissant, apple & banana) was provided to our room. 」
