I found the staff around the hotel, mainly reception to be friendly, always smiled. The staff in spa were lovely. I received a facial and a full body massage. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I wish I had name of lady who did both treatments, as she was lovely.

Exceptional. The property is gorgeous, a bit quaint but works with the “being in the jungle feel”. From walking around at night, to getting up for breakfast, it was all very good.
