「super attentive service. small hotel (19 rooms) therefore very personalized service often attended by the owner himself: the feature of a large hotel with the friendlines and attention of a boutique one!!!! Highly recommended and we willgo back. Pictures on the hotel site are realistic of what you will get when there」

「You can walk to lifts in ski boots. Shops, food, etc. is right next to hotel. We drove, easy parking...everything was just really simple. Two guys running hotel...ashamed to say I never asked their names...extermly friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again...yes.」

「les chambres sont très petite, la vue sur les toits pas génial, la propreté ça va les pizzas sont bonnes, les petits déjeuners nul sauf le café si vous adorez déjeuner vous serez très déçus l'hôtel est situé en centre ville, c'est sympa malheureusement vous avez vite fait le tour car ce n'est pas grand」

「Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer.」

「Great location for the kids and the ski slope was on our doorstep.The hotel was fine for our family, just simple with not frills. It was fine for skiing and our family had a great time in Sestriere. 」

「The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...
