"フロントスタッフはきちんと教育されていて英語力も高く信頼できます。唯一残念だったのは、朝食時にコーヒーを飲む際、持ち手ない普通のガラスコップしかなく、レストランスタッフに中国語でコーヒー用カップありませんか？と聞くも、「そこにガラスコップあるでしょ、」と言われました。仕方なく平べったいスープカップでコー ヒーを飲みましたがローカル客全員が持ち手のないガラスコップでホットドリンクを飲んでいたので、コーヒーカップの用意がないのだと思われます。
ホテルは立地も良く、バザールにも徒歩30分で行けました(靴次第です)。ホテル左隣りにコンビニ、周辺は、たくさんタクシーも走っており、周辺少し歩けばローカルレストランもあり便利です。"

"Clean and comfortable room, heat and hot water works well as I visit this hotel during winter, friendly hotel staff help us arrange one-day trip in Tianshan and the second day very early morning hotel pick-up to airport. Breakfast is great with Chinese and Western style cuisine. Hotel locates downtown Urumuqi with a big shopping mall just cross hotel parking lot. Overall I am satisfied with my 3-day staying at this hotel."
