「It was great experience, staff were great and very helpful.」

「The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

「The check-in process was easy and the staff were very welcoming. The room was in excellent condition and we recieved a complementary wine and milk bath. The place offered some free and paid activities. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The a la carte menu was also good but a bit expensive but understandable given the distance from town. 「Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall.」
