"This was the nicest hotel! On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff"

"Clean room and helpful staff. Bar downstairs with a good selection and shop, both a bit pricey. Lack of a mini fridge in room was annoying but everything else was pleasant and free luggage storage was nice. Hotel is in an incredible area, very safe and right next to tivoli, a 7-11 and bike racks for lime etc... "

"Comfortable, spacious room. No noise from other rooms.Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and plenty of seating. Helpful, friendly staff. Suitable for disabled people and promotes use of sunflower scheme/lanyard. Hotel next to metro station that goes straight to airport. Walkable area and lots of food/shopping options. Would definitely stay there again, had a brilliant time."
