"Spacious room, nicely renovated inside the room although the building is a little on the older side and some of the common areas looking a little worn. Staff were friendly. Very close the the main train station in Perth, shopping street. Seemed well insulated from a sound perspective as well although the street outside on a late Friday/Sat night seemed to be popular with partygoers."
