Due to the low season and subsequent lower occupancy; restaurants were rotated daily on and off, it was somewhat puzzling to determine which was going to be opened or closed in the evening. "There was zero communication i asked for earlier check in which no one responded after saying they would check if we could we did show up early and i had messaged several times that all we needed was a place to put luggage again no response! Upon arrival seat had no record of our booking we needed a QR code which we never received! finally did get into room and pictures on hotels.com we’re definitely from another room and view because room actually was located pretty much in the parking lot!...
