「This resort was fine for what we were looking for. Two guys just looking for a good time. Drank quite a bit. Food is okay - nothing special but we were not expecting much at an all inclusive resort. I would say the à la carte restaurants are a must for dinner as buffets are maybe subpar. Lobby bar was the best bar (shout out to Armando). 「Easily one of the best vacation spots. Everything you could possibly need is at this resort and all of the local shops and restaurants are within walking distance if you want to leave the resort. The buffet was great and had many options. The restaurants on the resort do not take reservations so many people will arrive a half an hour early to wait in line because they stop taking people after a certain time. 「The Hilton was great once again. I’m 81 and they put us in the Main building rm 1305 it was fabulous, so nice easy for me to move around. The staff is the very best. 」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

「Excellent place to stay especially with a baby. They were super accommodating, the beach is right across the street, there is a kiddie pool and passions is an amazing restaurant. 」
